Gong is one of the more recent releases from Floraiku and it's simply beautiful. Its a soft and unique sweet citrus. It has a unique accord of Dorayaki which is a Japanese pancake-like treat. That sweetness from the Dorayaki ties in beautifully with the yuzu and mandarin.
