Start by applying Dior Addict Lip Glow lip balm in the Universal Clear shade as a hydrating makeup base, and dab off excess with a tissue. Next apply Dior Addict Lip Tint by placing the applicator at the center of the lips, just under Cupid's bow, and coloring the lips from right to left.
